About TermsPilot

PilotWorks · India · launched July 2026

TermsPilot is a one-founder company, on purpose. I'm Bhavin Gopani. When you write to support, you get the person who wrote the code — not a ticket queue. When you ask for a feature, the decision takes days, not quarters. I build TermsPilot with AI tools handling the heavy engineering, which is why fixes ship fast and the money math is covered by automated tests.

Is a one-founder app safe for a B2B store?

Fair question — you'd be wiring your receivables into software run by one person. Here's the honest risk picture:

  • Your data lives in Shopify, not in TermsPilot. Companies, orders, payment terms — all of it is native Shopify data. Uninstall TermsPilot tomorrow and you lose a dashboard. You don't lose an order, a customer, or a due date.
  • We can't break your selling. TermsPilot makes no storefront changes, no checkout changes, and never touches the money itself. The worst possible failure is "the dashboard is down" — never "my store stopped working."
  • The numbers are tested. The amounts in reminders and statements are covered by automated tests, because a wrong number chasing your customer is the one mistake this category can't afford. TermsPilot also passed Shopify's app review before listing.
  • Support is same-day, from the person who can fix things. A big-company queue promising a reply "within 72 hours" isn't safer than a founder who answers today.

And the sentence no bigger company will write: if TermsPilot ever shut down, you'd get notice and lose a dashboard — never your orders, your terms, or your customers. That's what "we complete Shopify B2B, we never replace it" buys you.

Why this app exists

In April 2026, Shopify did something big: it opened native B2B — company profiles and net payment terms — to every paid plan, not just Shopify Plus. Overnight, hundreds of thousands of stores could offer "order now, pay in 30 days" to their wholesale buyers.

But offering terms is the easy half. The hard half is what happens after the invoice goes out: knowing who owes you what, chasing late payers without being rude (or forgetting), and deciding whether a buyer who's already behind should get their next order shipped. Shopify's built-in tools stop early — reminders max out at five emails and go silent 30 days past due. The forums are full of merchants asking for the missing piece.

TermsPilot is that piece: the receivables side of Shopify B2B. It completes Shopify's native setup — it never replaces it, and it never touches the money itself. No lending, no payment processing, no storefront changes.

How we work

  • Honest first. Our own homepage tells you when you don't need us. Our forum answers say "no app needed" when that's true. We'd rather earn trust slowly than installs quickly.
  • Small and fast. No investors, no sales team, nothing between your email ([email protected]) and the product.
  • Built on evidence. Every feature exists because real merchants asked for it in public — not because a roadmap slide needed filling.

Questions, ideas, or a complaint? Email [email protected] — you'll get me, not a ticket queue.
